摘要
目的:探究将生长抑素联合乌司他丁方式应用于消化道出血患者治疗中的效果。方法:研究和分析某院2015年12月~2019年6月间收治的消化道出血40例患者作为实验样本,分为对照组与实验组各20例。对照组患者单纯应用生长抑素进行治疗,实验组患者则在此基础上加用乌司他丁进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率及炎症因子。结果:研究成果显示,实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);实验组患者的炎症指标水平较对照组来说明显更低,所有数据经统计分析后差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:将乌司他丁和生长抑素联合应用于消化道出血患者的治疗中效果显著,有助于改善患者的消化道功能,具有良好的应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of somatostatin combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:40 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to a hospital from December 2015 to June 2019 were studied and analyzed.They were divided into two groups,named as control group(n=20)and experimental group(n=20).The control group was treated with somatostatin alone,while the experimental group was treated with ulinastatin on this basis.The total effective rate and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The results of this study showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results of this study showed that the level of inflammatory indicators in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and all the data had significant difference after statistical analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ulinastatin and somatostatin in the treatment of gastrointestinal hemorrhage has a significant effect,which is helpful to improve the digestive tract function of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and has a good application value.
