摘要
本研究针对含玻化微珠的整体式外墙板保温性能进行分析,首先对传统玻化微珠生产工艺提出改性,得到更适用于外墙混凝土中的玻化微珠,然后针对含玻化微珠的陶粒混凝土外墙板进行理想模型分析,讨论玻化微珠掺量对外墙板保温隔热性能的影响,最后通过某工程实例,对冬季未供暖及冬季连续供暖两种工况进行室内外温湿度实测,验证玻化微珠应用于陶粒混凝土外墙板的保温性能。
In this study,the thermal insulation performance of integral exterior wall containing glazed hollow beads is analyzed.Firstly,the traditional production process of glazed hollow beads is modified to obtain glazed hollow beads which are more suitable for exterior wall concrete.Secondly,the theoretical model of ceramsite concrete exterior wall containing glazed hollow beads is analyzed,and the effect of glazed hollow bead content on the thermal insulation performance of wall is discussed.Finally,through an engineering example,the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity under two working conditions of unheated and continuous heating in winter were measured to verify the thermal insulation performance of glazed hollow beads applied to ceramsite concrete exterior wall.
