摘要
目的探讨教师关怀行为对农村初中生心理健康的影响关系,旨在为农村初中生心理健康水平的提高提供理论依据和现实参考。方法采用学生感知教师关怀问卷与中学生心理健康问卷于2019年10—11月对宝鸡市300名农村初中生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果农村初中生心理健康总均分为2.18±0.62,教师关怀行为总均分为3.23±0.44;不同性别农村初中生的心理健康适应不良与心理不平衡得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.076、2.285,均P<0.05),男生的适应不良、心理不平衡感高于女生;不同年级、学习成绩农村初中生心理健康总均分得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=4.282、16.625,均P<0.05),初二学生的心理健康水平低于初一学生,学习成绩较差的学生心理健康水平低于成绩好的学生。不同性别、年级、学习成绩及是否为独生子女的农村初中生感知教师关怀行为总均分得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。女生比男生感受教师关怀行为更多(t=2.623,P<0.01);初一和初三学生感知教师关怀行为高于初二(F=12.981,P<0.01);学习成绩较差的学生感知教师关怀行为最低(F=4.146,P<0.05);非独生子女的学生更能感受到教师的关怀行为(t=2.624,P<0.01)。教师关怀行为总均分与农村初中生心理健康总均分呈负相关(r=-0.290,P<0.01)。教师关怀行为能够显著预测农村初中生的心理健康(β=-0.290,t=4.669,P<0.01)。结论教师关怀行为与农村初中生心理健康相关,教师关怀行为能预测农村初中生心理健康水平,教师的关怀行为有助于提高农村初中生的心理健康水平。
Objective To discuss the influence of teachers'caring behavior on the mental health of rural junior middle school students,provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the improvement of the mental health level of rural junior middle school students.Methods The questionnaire on students'perceived teacher care and the questionnaire on middle school students'mental health were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 300 junior middle school students in rural areas of Baoji City from October to November 2019.And the data were analyzed.Results The total mean score of mental health in rural junior middle school students was 2.18±0.62,the total mean score of teachers'caring behavior was 3.23±0.44.There were statistically significant differences in scores of mental health maladjustment and mental imbalance between male and female students(t=2.076,2.285,both P<0.05).The maladjustment and psychological imbalance of male students were significantly higher than those of female students.There were statistically significant differences in the total mean score of mental health among students in differentgradesand academic performance(F=4.282,16.625,both P<0.05).The mental health level of the junior students in grade two was lower than that of students in grade one,and the mental health level of the students with poor academic performance was lower than that of the students with good academic performance.There were statistically significant differences in the total mean scores of perceived teacher caring behaviors among rural junior middle school students of different genders,grades,academic performance and whether they are single child.Girls felt more teachers'caring behavior than boys(t=2.623,P<0.01).Students in grade one and grade three had higher perceived teacher's caring behavior than those in grade two(F=12.981,P<0.01).Students with poor academic performance had the lowest perceived teacher's caring behavior(F=4.146,P<0.05).The students who are not the only child felt the teacher's care more(t=2.624,P<0.01).The total mean score of teachers'caring behavior was significantly negative correlated with the total mean score of rural junior middle school students'mental health(r=-0.290,P<0.01).Teachers'caring behavior could significantly predict the mental health of rural junior middle school students(β=-0.290,t=4.669,P<0.01).Conclusion Teachers'caring behavior is related to the mental health of rural junior middle school students,and can predict the mental health level of rural junior middle school students.Teachers'caring behavior is helpful to improve the mental health of rural middle school students.
