公路涵洞的质量检测及评估

Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Culvert under Highway

摘要 该文首先介绍了地质雷达法和碳化深度试验法的工作原理,然后根据反射波图像分析了涵洞边墙和盖板的厚度,钢筋及空洞分布情况,再依据不同区域的碳化深度检测结果,来判断混凝土的耐久性。结果表明:该涵洞结构存在中等缺失,混凝土与砖砌结构耐久性有较大损失,但尚能维持使用,建议采取混凝土涂料封闭与车载限重的措施。 This paper first introduces the working principle of GPR and carbonation depth test method. Then the thickness of culvert side wall and cover plate, and the distribution of rebar and cavity are analyzed according to the reflection wave image.And then the durability of concrete is judged according to the results of carbonation depth test in different areas. The results show that the culvert structure has medium defects, and the durability of concrete and brick structure has a great loss, but it can still be used. The measures of concrete coating sealing and vehicle weight limit are suggested to be taken.
