摘要
为解决连续式搅拌机搅拌时间较短、井下破碎后的废石材料适应性差等问题,研究将原双卧轴连续搅拌机通过设计的调节支腿与支架改变为可变倾角式,并在装置末端新设计有出水孔,应用该结构能够实现井下经破碎后的废石所组成的混凝土在短时间内能搅拌均匀且易于清洗的效果。
In order to solve the problems of short mixing time of the continuous mixer and poor adaptability of the crushed waste rock materials,the original dual-horizontal continuous mixer was changed to a variable inclination type through the design of adjusting legs and brackets,and at the end of the device.The new design has water outlet holes.The application of this structure can achieve the effect that the concrete composed of crushed waste rock underground can be stirred uniformly and easy to clean in a short time.
