摘要
目的探讨溴隐亭联合逍遥丸对女性高催乳素血症致不孕患者性激素水平及妊娠率的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2018年12月本院收治的88例女性高催乳素血症致不孕患者的临床资料,将采用溴隐亭治疗的44例患者作为对照组,将采用溴隐亭联合逍遥丸治疗的44例患者作为观察组,对比两组性激素水平、妊娠率及不良反应发生率。结果与治疗前对比,治疗后,两组患者的黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)及雌二醇(E2)水平均显著升高,催乳素(PRL)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者LH、FSH、E2水平高于对照组,PRL水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溴隐亭联合逍遥丸治疗可调节女性高催乳素血症致不孕患者性激素水平,提高妊娠率,且不良反应发生率较低。
Objective To investigate the effect of bromocriptine combined with Xiaoyao pill on sex hormone levels and pregnancy rate in infertile women with hyperprolactinemia.Methods The clinical data of 88 female infertility patients with hyperprolactinemia treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.44 patients treated with bromocriptine as the control group and 44 patients treated with bromocriptine combined with Xiaoyao pills as the observation group.The levels of sex hormone,pregnancy rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicular estrogen(FSH)and estradiol(E2)were significantly increased,and the level of prolactin(PRL)was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the LH,FSH,E2 levels of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the PRL levels were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the adverse reactions.The incidence was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bromocriptine combined with Xiaoyao pills can regulate the sex hormone level of female infertility caused by hyperprolactinemia,can increase pregnancy rate,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
