摘要
西方国家实验动物伦理和福利理论起源于西方早期文化中对人和非人自然事物的哲学思考。现代西方实验动物伦理和福利理论和实践较为进步,是由于西方社会和文化长期以来对动物权利争论的成果。我国实验动物事业虽起步较晚,但改革开放以来,我国加大了与西方国家的交流,将西方先进理念和技术同自身的实际情况相结合,使得我国实验动物事业获得了很大的发展,并逐步缩小了与西方国家实验动物伦理和福利理论与实践的差距。相信未来中西方实验动物伦理和福利能够互补长短,共同进步。
The laboratory animal ethics and welfare theory in western countries originated from the philosophical thinking on relationship between human and natural things excluding humans in the early western culture.The modern western theory and practice of laboratory animal ethics and welfare are more advanced due to the long-standing debate on animal rights in the western society and culture area.Although laboratory animals industry in China started relatively late,our country increased exchanges and cooperation with western societies in all fields under reform and opening-up policy,and further transformed advanced ideas and technology of western countries combining with our own actual situation.As a result,Chinese laboratory animal industry has developed in a leaps and bounds way.Laboratory animal ethics and welfare in China follow the pace of the development of laboratory animal industry,which gradually narrows the gap with the western countries both in theory and practice.It is believed that laboratory animal ethics and welfare study in China and western countries will complement each other and make progress together in the future.
