摘要
目的:探讨早期护理干预对糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)患者心理状态及视力恢复的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年7月本院收治的82例DME患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用早期护理干预,比较两组心理状态、视力矫正及并发症发生情况。结果:干预前,两组心理状态、最佳矫正视力比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的最佳矫正视力均升高,且观察组的最佳矫正视力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期护理干预可有效改善DME患者心理状态,提升视力矫正效果,减少并发症发生率,值得应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on psychological state and visual recovery of patients with diabetic macular edema(DME).Method:A total of 82 patients with DME admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group was treated with early nursing intervention.Psychological state,visual acuity correction and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of psychological status and best corrected visual acuity(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the best corrected visual acuity of both groups increased,and the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the complication rate of the observation group was 4.88%,lower than 19.52%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing intervention can effectively improve the mental state of DME patients,improve the visual acuity correction effect,reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of application.
