摘要
目的:分析主动脉夹层患者发病的相关危险因素。方法:选取2015年9月-2019年9月本院主动脉夹层发病患者50例作为研究组,另选取同期健康体检者50例作为健康组。收集并比较两组临床资料,分析主动脉夹层患者发病的相关影响因素。结果:研究组存在吸烟史、饮酒史、高血压、冠心病、高尿酸血症、马凡综合征、白塞氏病、单纯性肾囊肿、动脉粥样硬化及主动脉二瓣畸形病史比例均高于健康组(P<0.05)。研究组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及载脂蛋白A-1水平均低于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸烟史、饮酒史、高血压、冠心病、高尿酸血症、马凡综合征、白塞氏病、单纯性肾囊肿、动脉粥样硬化及主动脉二瓣畸形病史为主动脉夹层发病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:吸烟史、饮酒史、高血压、冠心病、高尿酸血症、马凡综合征、白塞氏病、单纯性肾囊肿、动脉粥样硬化及主动脉二瓣畸形病史为主动脉夹层发病的独立危险因素。
Objective:To analyze the risk factors of aortic dissection patients.Method:A total of 50 patients with aortic dissection in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2019 were selected as the research group,and 50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the healthy group.The clinical data of the two groups were collected and compared,and the related influencing factors of aortic dissection were analyzed.Result:The proportion of smoking history,drinking history,hypertension,coronary heart disease,hyperuricemia,Marfan syndrome,Behcet’s disease,simple renal cyst,atherosclerosis and aortic valve malformation history in the study group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and apolipoprotein A-1 in the study group were lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).Smoking history,alcohol consumption history,hypertension,coronary heart disease,hyperuricemia,Marfan syndrome,Basset’s disease,simple renal cyst,atherosclerosis and aortic valve malformation history were independent risk factors for arterial dissection(P<0.05).Conclusion:Smoking history,alcohol consumption history,hypertension,coronary heart disease,hyperuricemia,Marfan syndrome,Bethany’s disease,simple renal cyst,atherosclerosis and aortic valve malformation history were independent risk factors for arterial dissection.
