摘要
目的:探究穴位贴敷外治法与健脾益肺内服法在反复呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年6月本院收治的80例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加用穴位贴敷外治法与健脾益肺内服法。比较两组干预效果、干预前后白细胞、细胞免疫、体液免疫指标及家属满意情况。结果:干预1、3个月,观察组中性粒细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预1、3个月后,观察组CD3+及CD4+均高于对照组,而CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预1、3个月后,观察组IgA、IgM及IgG均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷外治法与健脾益肺内服法在反复呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果较好,可改善患儿免疫功能,家属满意度高,值得临床应用。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of external treatment of acupoint sticking and internal administration of Jianpi Yifei in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Method:A total of 80 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,while the observation group was given external treatment of acupoint sticking and internal administration of Jianpi Yifei on the basis of the control group.The effects of intervention,indexes of leukocyte,cellular immunity and humoral immunity before and after intervention and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Result:After 1 and 3 months of intervention,neutrophils and eosinophils in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8+were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of external treatment of acupoint sticking and internal administration of Jianpi Yifei in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is better.It can improve the immune function,the satisfaction of family members is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
