摘要
本研究旨在为内蒙古绒山羊的科学选种提供理论依据。随机选择6~7月龄40只育成母羊(单羔22只,双羔18只),采集6月龄和周岁绒山羊绒毛样品和皮肤样品,分析早期生产性状与周岁产绒性能的关系。结果表明:无论是6月龄,还是周岁,单羔与双羔的绒毛性状差异不显著;6月龄至周岁绒细度有降低趋势(P>0.05);6月龄至周岁次级毛囊密度极显著降低,次级毛囊数目与初级毛囊数目比值(S:P值)无显著性差异;羔羊初生重与周岁绒细度呈极显著负相关;6月龄次级毛囊密度与周岁绒细度呈显著负相关;6月龄S:P值和活性次级毛囊数目与初级毛囊数目比值(Sf:P值)与周岁产绒量呈显著正相关;6月龄绒细度与周岁绒长度呈极显著正相关,与周岁产绒量呈显著正相关。综上,为提高内蒙古绒山羊羊绒产量和品质,可以把6月龄绒细度、次级毛囊密度、S:P值、Sf:P值和初生重作为早期选种的重要指标。
The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific breeding of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats. 40 ewes(22 single lamb, 18-double lambs) aged from 6 to 7 months were randomly selected as experimental animals, and the cashmere samples and skin samples of cashmere goats aged at 6 months and one year old were collected to analyze the relationship between the early production characteristics and the cashmere production performance at one year old. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the cashmere traits of single lamb and double lambs. From 6 months to one year old, fiber diameter decreased(P>0.05). The secondary follicle density decreased significantly from 6 months old to one year old, and there was no significant difference in the ratio of secondary follicles to primary follicles(S:P ratio). There was a significant negative correlation between the lamb’s birth weight and fiber diameter. There was a significant negative correlation between the density of secondary follicles at 6 months old and fiber diameter at one year old. At the age of 6 months, S:P ratio and the ratio of active secondary hair follicles to primary hair follicles(Sf:P ratio) were significantly positively correlated with the cashmere production at the age of one year. There was a significant positive correlation between fiber diameter at 6 months of age and fiber length at one year of age, and there was a significant positive correlation between fiber diameter at 6 months of age and fiber length at one year of age, and the production of cashmere aged one year. Conclusion: in order to improve the cashmere production and quality of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats, fibre diameter, density of secondary hair follicle, S:P ratio, Sf:P ratio of 6 month age and birth weight can be taken as important indexes of early seed selection.
