摘要
宏观层面的政府管制与微观层面企业行为的交互影响研究是当前学术界关注的热点,对开展政府管制与企业行为的本土化交叉研究具有较强的现实意义。文章从金融管制、资本市场管制、薪酬管制、其他干预行为四个方面对这一领域的文献进行综述,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
The cross study of government regulation on macro level and corporate behavior on micro level is a hot topic of recent academic research,which has a strongly practical significance for localized cross study between government regulation and corporate behavior.This paper reviews literatures in this field mainly from the aspects of financial regulation,capital market regulation,compensation regulation and other intervention behavior,and also proposes corresponding research prospects.
