管道用全焊接球阀设计的模拟计算与分析 被引量:8

摘要 为消除了局部应力造成阀门性能及寿命降低、介质阻流的隐患,以QX67F/H-Class300全焊接球阀为研究对象,在设计温度为120℃,设计压力为Class300Lb的工况条件下,应用数值模拟计算与实际应用特征分析相结合,进行壳体、球体、阀座等的应力和变形分析、以及流体流量系数和特性分析。通过模拟分析为以前以物理试验样机反复制造、试验及改进设计直到定型通过的高成本方式提供了有效指导。在大幅度缩短研发和试验周期的同时降低了企业各项成本,为今后该类阀门的优化设计、系列化研发及工艺编制提供参考依据。 In order to eliminate the hidden dangers such as valve performance and life span reduction,medium flow resistance caused by the local stress,taking the QX67F/H-Class300 full welded ball valve as the research object in this paper,when the design temperature is 120℃and the design pressure is Class300Lb,the stress and deformation analysis of shell,sphere and valve seat,etc.are carried out by combining the numerical simulation calculation with the actual application feature analysis,as well as the fluid flow coefficient and characteristics analysis.The simulation analysis provides effective guidance for the high cost method of repeated manufacture,test and design improvement of physical test prototype until it is finalized and passed.The research and development and testing period is greatly shortened,while the costs of the enterprises are reduced,which would provide reference for the optimization design,serialization research and development and process preparation of this kind of valve in the future.
