摘要
公共选修课的开设是我国高等学校推进人才培养模式改革的重要举措。作为内蒙古师范大学教师教育与教师素养通识教育课程模块中的选修课程,《教育管理学》旨在促使师范生及有志于从事教育事业的学生初步掌握教育管理的基础知识与基本技能,从而更全面地理解教育事业与教师职业,以便将来更出色地从事教育教学与教育管理实践活动。从课程目标、教法探索与教学展望方面阐述在该门课程建设与实施过程中的教学探索、思考与领悟,力求对高校公共选修课乃至相关专业课的教学实践具有一定的参考价值。
To offer public elective courses is an important measure that higher education institutions in China have taken to promote the reform of the talent cultivating pattern.As an elective course in the general education curriculum module of teacher education and teacher quality in Inner Mongolia Normal University,Educational Administration aims to provide students with basic knowledge and skills in the area,and help them to develop a more comprehensive understanding of the educational cause and teaching career,so as to be better engaged in practices of teaching and educational management in the future.From the perspectives of the curriculum objective,teaching method,and future teaching,this paper expounded on the teaching exploration,thinking and comprehension during the course of the curriculum development and implementation,which had certain reference value for teaching practices of public elective courses and relevant specialized courses in colleges and universities.
