摘要
6se70变频器控制系统在金属冶炼中具有很好的应用效果。冶金设备组的传动系统以PLC为控制中心,以西门子6SE70变频器为传动单元,频率分辨率大于0.01 Hz;采用变频专用电机为执行单元,欧姆龙编码器提供速度反馈信号,使冶金设备组在速度闭环工作模式下传动,使控制系统的速度稳定性精度达到最高。实验结果表明,加入6se70变频器控制系统后,金属冶炼器的工作能力更强。
6SE70 inverter control system has good application effect in metal smelting.The transmission system of metallurgical equipment group takes PLC as the control center,Siemens 6SE70 frequency converter as the driving unit,and the frequency resolution is greater than 0.01 Hz;the frequency conversion special motor is used as the executive unit,and the Omron encoder provides the speed feedback signal,which makes the metallurgical equipment group drive under the speed closed-loop working mode,so that the speed stability accuracy of the control system reaches the highest.The experimental results show that after adding 6SE70 inverter control system,the working ability of metal smelter is stronger.
