摘要
学科带头人肩负着学科建设和学术研究的引导与指挥任务,是医院学科发展的核心和领军人物。近年来转化医学领域不断拓展,意味着科研人员的研究技能和知识体系需要不断更新,需要培养新一代临床与转化研究型学科带头人。文章从培养要求、培养方法、支撑条件三个方面论述在转化医学背景下医院培养学科带头人的一些思考,以期为医院学科发展和人才培养提供参考建议。
As the core and leader of discipline development in the hospital,academic leaders shoulder the responsibility of guiding and commanding discipline construction and academic research.In recent years,the field of translational medicine continues to expand,which means that the research skills and knowledge system of researchers need to be updated constantly,and a new generation of clinical and translational research-oriented academic leaders need to be cultivated.In this paper,some thoughts on the training of academic leaders in the context of translational medicine were discussed to provide some suggestions for the development of hospital discipline and talent cultivation from the three aspects of training requirements,training methods and supporting conditions.
