医教协同创新高职中药学专业人才培养模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 基层中药人才的供给问题严重制约常州中医药事业的传承与发展。作为常州地区唯一开办中药学教育的学校,人才培养必须综合考虑常州社会民生的需要,充分体现常州地区特色。通过组建校院联盟,聘请具备相应资格的专业技术人员遵循传统方式带徒授业,将师承教育全面融入院校教育,构建以服务能力提升为主线的医教协同培养新模式。 The shortage of humanresource supply in Chinese Medicine has seriously restricted the inheritance and the development of the health service in Changzhou.As the only school in Changzhou that holds traditional Chinese medicine education,its talent training must consider the needs of Changzhou s society and people s livelihood and fully reflect the characteristics of Changzhou.In order to improve the service ability of the students,college-hospital alliance was established,and qualified professionals in hospital were employed to impart knowledges and skills cooperated with schoolteachers,then the master-apprentice system was combinedwiththe college education in the whole course of schooling,finally a new cultivation modewas constructed.
