基于《诸病源候论》“劳狎生痰”探讨肠道菌群与脂质代谢的关系 被引量:5

摘要 就《诸病源候论》"劳狎生痰"理论,脾虚功能失常,痰湿内生,探讨肠道菌群与脂质代谢的关系。"劳狎"不仅可理解为形体劳倦,亦可有饮食不节,膏粱过厚,劳伤脾胃而致脾虚。脾虚必然导致"运化、升清"功能障碍,影响机体对饮食水谷的消化及水谷精微的吸收、转运,这与肠道菌群参与机体营养物质的消化吸收作用一致。广义之内痰是"膏脂"的物质基础,脾虚痰湿内滞是基本病机。故从"劳狎生痰"角度再思考肠道菌群失衡与脂质代谢紊乱的关系,以肠道菌群为切入点,进一步丰富"从脾论治"防治动脉粥样硬化性疾病的科学内涵。 In this paper,the relationship between intestinal flora and fat metabolism was discussed on the theory of"fatigue causing phlegm"from Zhubing Yuanhou Lun,spleen deficiency,phlegm and dampness."Fatigue"can be understood not only as the spleen injury caused by physical fatigue,but also the spleen deficiency caused by improper diet and too much fat.Spleen deficiency would inevitably lead to the dysfunction of"transportation,transformation and clearing",which would affect the digestion of food,water and grain and the absorption and transportation of water and grain essence.This is consistent with the role of intestinal flora in the digestion and absorption of nutrients.A generalized phlegm is the pathological basis of obesity,so from the perspective of"fatigue causing phlegm",the pathological relationship of intestinal flora and fat metabolism can be discussed to enrich the theory that"spleen is the root of acquired diseases and the source of Qi and blood biochemistry",so as to provide theoretical basis for"treating atherosclerotic diseases from spleen"starting from the adjustment of intestinal flora.
