摘要
目的:思考美军战现场救治经验,提出我军实战化训练的启示。方法:总结中美人道主义医学救援实兵演练的相关经验,分析中美战现场检伤流程、静脉通道建立、三角巾使用、一专多能资质认证的差异。结果:我军战术战伤救治应开展训练内容实战化、救治器械实战化、救治技术实战化的训练体系。结论:中美两军医学救援实兵演练为我军卫勤部队开展实战化训练,更好地聚焦未来战场提供参考。
Objective:To evaluate the field treatment experience of US army,and to provide revelation for pratical training.Methods:The experience of Sino-US humanitarian medical rescue drill was summarized,and the differences between the injury procedure check,venous access establishment,the use of triangular bandage,versatile qualification certification were ananlyzed.Results:We could develop practical training system of contents,medical equipment and treatment technoloy in tactical combat casuslty care.Conclusion:Sino-US joint medical rescue drill can deepen the practical training of our military medical service troops,and provide the reference for better focusing on the future battlefield.
