摘要
分析了首道次压下量对430带钢轧制稳定性的影响,并对比研究了不同道次规程下的轧制力、粗糙度和表面形貌。结果表明,黏着摩擦和机械咬合作用同时影响摩擦系数。随着首道次压下量的增加,单位轧制压力增加,带钢的表面凸起和机械咬合程度减小,摩擦系数、中性角和前滑值减小,首道次压下量约为0.7 mm时达到最小值,随后单位轧制压力随首道次压下量的进一步增加而减小,摩擦系数增加,轧制稳定性提高。热轧带钢表面的微小凸起在首道次轧制就能被大幅消除,首道次压下量越大,粗糙度降低效果越明显,在后续道次轧制过程中带钢粗糙度趋于稳定,直到与轧辊粗糙度保持一致。随着道次数减少,润滑条件由混合润滑向边界润滑转变,有助于消除带钢的原始粗糙。
The effects of the first pass reduction on rolling stability of 430 strip were analyzed,and the rolling force,roughness as well as the surface morphology of the strip under different pass schedules were compared and analyzed. The results show that both the adhesive friction and mechanical meshing influence the friction coefficient. With the increase of the first pass reduction,the unit rolling pressure increases,the surface ridges and mechanical meshing degree of the strip decrease,the friction coefficient,neutral angle and forward slip value decrease and reach the minimum value when the reduction is 0. 7 mm. Then,the unit rolling pressure decreases with the further increase of the first pass reduction,the friction coefficient increases and the rolling stability is improved. The small surface ridges of hot rolled strip can be largely eliminated at the first pass. The greater the reduction is,the more obvious the roughness decrease effect is. The roughness of strip in subsequent passes tends to be stable until it is consistent with the roughness of roller. As the pass number decreases,the lubrication condition changes from mixed lubrication to boundary lubrication,which is helpful for eliminating the original roughness of strip.
