摘要
目的研究运用桃红四物汤结合当归芍药散对女性黄褐斑患者所起到的治疗作用。方法选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院2017年1月—2018年5月收治的80例女性黄褐斑患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组患者采用维生素治疗方式,观察组患者采用桃红四物汤结合当归芍药散的中医治疗方式,从治疗前与治疗后的色斑面积、斑色以及治疗效果方面对于不同治疗方式进行数据收集与对比分析。结果治疗前对照组患者斑色评分为(2.08±0.30)分,治疗后为(1.35±0.25)分;治疗前观察组患者斑色评分为(1.12±0.27)分,治疗后为(0.39±0.13)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗前,对照组患者色斑面积评分为(2.26±0.28)分,治疗后为(1.48±0.20)分;治疗前观察组患者色斑面积评分为(2.35±0.35)分,治疗后为(0.67±0.16)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。经过12周的治疗后,对照组基本治愈3例,显效12例,有效19例,无效6例,愈显率37.5%;观察组基本治愈19例,显效15例,有效5例,无效1例,愈显率85%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后血清雌二醇(E2)、α-黑色素细胞雌激素(α-MSH)水平均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血清E2、α-MSH水平比较差异均不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组治疗后相比,观察组患者血清E2、α-MSH水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤结合当归芍药散运用于女性黄褐斑的治疗过程中能够有效改善患者色斑面积与斑色情况,提升治疗效果,具有重要的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Danggui Shaoyao Powder on female chloasma.Methods 80 cases of female chloasma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each.The patients in the whole control group were treated with vitamins.The patients in the observation group were treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Danggui Shaoyao Powder in traditional Chinese medicine.The color spots before and after treatment were divided into two groups.Area and spot color and treatment effect were collected and compared for different treatment modalities.Results Before treatment,the spot score of the patients in the control group was(2.08±0.30)points,after treatment was(1.35±0.25)points;before treatment,the spot score of the patients in the observation group was(1.12±0.27)points and after treatment was(0.39±0.13)points.The data of the two groups were P<0.05,with statistical significance.Before treatment,the score of color spot area in the control group was(2.26±0.28)points,after treatment was(1.48±0.20)points;before treatment,the score of color spot area in the observation group was(2.35±0.35)points and after treatment was(0.67±0.16)points.The data of the two groups were(P<0.05),with statistical significance.After 12 weeks of treatment,in the control group,there were 3 basically cured cases,12 markedly effective cases,19 effective cases and 6 ineffective cases,with a recovery rate of 37.5%.In the observation group,there were 19 basically cured cases,15 markedly effective cases,5 effective cases and 1 ineffective case,with a recovery rate of 85%.Two sets of data P<0.05,with statistical significance.Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum E2 andα-MSH in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of serum E2 andα-MSH between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the levels of serum E2 andα-MSH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the treatment of female chloasma can effectively improve the area and pornography of patients with chloasma,and improve the treatment effect,which has important clinical application value.
