摘要
针对目前我院电子台案秤自动检测装置中电子台案秤仪表示值识别适用范围不够、效率急需提升以及安全性等问题,本项目提出改进相机支架设计结构,增加相机支架灵活性、防撞和便捷的特点,优化图像处理算法,便于特征提取,另外引进深度学习框架用于图像识别,提高识别准确率和适应性。
Aiming at solving the problems of insufficient application range of indication value recognition of electronic platform scales in the automatic detection device of electronic platform scales in our Institute of Metrology,urgent need to improve efficiency,and safety,this project proposes to improve the design of the camera bracket,increase the flexibility of the camera bracket,and prevent collisions,and convenient features,optimized image processing algorithms to facilitate feature extraction.In addition,the introduction of a deep learning framework for image recognition to improve recognition accuracy and adaptability.
