摘要
为了更有效地去除污染土壤中的重金属镉(Cd),研究利用化学强化的植物提取技术进行盆栽试验.分别将乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)、茶皂素(TS)和柠檬酸(CA)的五种不同浓度配合超富集植物伴矿景天吸收Cd.结果表明:施加活化剂有利于伴矿景天的生长,且提高了伴矿景天对Cd的富集效果和土壤净化率.生物量较对照增加5.01%~71.70%,地上部分的Cd含量能达到239.87mg/kg^379.94mg/kg,尤其是处理EDTA-3和CA-10,伴矿景天对Cd的富集量较对照分别增加139.46%、126.53%,土壤净化率达到60.02%和56.78%.因此,合适浓度的活化剂配合伴矿景天来修复镉污染土壤具有明显优势,其效果比单一植物修复提高2~3倍.
In order to effectively remove cadmium(Cd)from Cd-contaminated soil,this study used chemical enhanced plant extraction technology for pot experiment.Five different concentrations of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA),tea saponin(TS)and citric acid(CA)were used to absorb Cd from sedum plumbizincicola.The results showed that the application of activator was beneficial to the growth of sedum plumbizincicola,increased the enrichment effect of sedum plumbizincicola on Cd and soil purification rate.The biomass increased by 5.01%~71.70%compared with the control,and the Cd content in the above ground part reached 239.87~379.94 mg/kg;Especially in the treatment of EDTA-3 and CA-10,the concentration of Cd increased by 139.46%and 126.53%respectively,and the soil purification rate reached 60.02%and 56.78%.Therefore,the suitable concentration of activator combined with sedum plumbizincicola has obvious advantages in remediation of Cd-contaminated soil,and its effect is 2 to 3 times higher than that of single plant remediation.
