摘要
神曲、半夏曲和红曲是仝小林教授治疗高脂血症的常用配伍。临床辨治高脂血症应抓住脾虚不运,邪实结聚的核心病机,标本兼顾。治疗时当辛开苦降,消膏降浊,调和脾胃寒热。在临床用量方面,神曲常用9~15 g以健脾和胃,消导调中;半夏曲常用 9~15 g以通泄消导,燥湿化痰而协助病理产物排除体外;红曲作为降血脂的靶药,其临床用量范围为3~15 g以健脾燥湿,消膏降浊。现代药理研究表明,以上三味药可促进胃肠动力,调节肠道菌群,降低总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度胆固醇。
Massa Medicata Fermentata,Rhizoma Pinelliae Fermentata and Fermentum Rubrum are commonly used herbs in the treatment of hyperlipidemia by Professor TONG Xiaolin.The clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease are spleen deficiency and the accumulation of solid evil,and both tip and root should be taken care of.During treatment,acrid opening and bitter downbearing,turbid and lipid descending,balanced regulation of cold and heat are the rules.In terms of clinical dosage,9-15 g of Massa Medicata Fermentata is commonly used to invigorate the spleen and stomach,and to regulate the middle-jiao;9-15 g of Rhizoma Pinelliae Fermentata is commonly used to relieve diarrhea,dry dampness and resolve phlegm,and assist in the elimination of pathological products;Fermentum Rubrum is used to lower blood lipids,invigorate the spleen and dry dampness and reduce turbidity,the clinical dosage range is 3-15 g.Modern pharmacological research shows that the above three herbs can promote gastrointestinal motility,regulate intestinal gutmicrobiota,reduce total cholesterol,triglycerides,and low-density cholesterol content,providing modern scientific basis for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
