摘要
吞咽障碍是急性脑卒中后的常见并发症之一,对卒中患者的饮水进食、营养状况、日常交流、生活质量和后期康复有着严重影响。本文综述了近5年来卒中后吞咽障碍的代表性针刺疗法,包括特色针法、局部毫针刺法、舌三针疗法、项针疗法、头针疗法、眼针疗法等。肯定了针刺在治疗卒中后吞咽障碍方面的临床效果,为提高吞咽障碍患者的生存质量和促进其早日回归社会,提供一些创新性的思路和方法。
Dysphagia is one of the common complications after acute cerebral apoplexy,which has a serious impact on the drinking and eating,nutrition status,daily communication,quality of life and post-rehabilitation of stroke patients.This article reviewed the representative acupuncture treatments of dysphagia after apoplexy in recent 5 years,including characteristic acupuncture,local acupuncture,tongue three-needle therapy,neck acupuncture,head acupuncture,eye acupuncture,et al.The clinical effect of acupuncture in treating dysphagia after stroke was affirmed,and some innovative ideas and methods were provided for improving the quality of life of patients with dysphagia and promoting their early return to society.
