日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对夏季蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Dietary Supplementation with Bacillus subtilis on Production Performance,Egg Quality and Serum Biochemical Indicators of Laying Hens in Summer

摘要 为研究两种功能特性有差异的枯草芽孢杆菌对夏季蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响,试验用380日龄"京粉2号"蛋鸡270只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,2个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加2×10^6cfu/g枯草芽孢杆菌h3-9菌株和2×10^6cfu/g枯草芽孢杆菌BS-6菌株。结果表明:日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌可以提高蛋重,显著降低料蛋比(P<0.05),枯草芽孢杆菌h3-9菌株优于BS-6菌株;日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌后,各试验组蛋白高度和哈氏单位都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),鸡蛋25℃恒温保存14 d后,各试验组蛋白高度、哈氏单位和蛋壳强度都显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组血清蛋白质和血清中钙、磷浓度都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明:日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌能有效缓解夏季高温对产蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质造成的负面影响,并能有效延长鸡蛋的存放时间,改善血清生化指标。 In order to study the effects of two different functional characteristics of Bacillus subtilis on the production performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indicators of laying hens in summer,270 hens of"JING Fen No.2"laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups.There were 6 replicates in each group with 15 chickens each.The control group was fed with a basic diet,and the experimental groups 1 and 2 were fed with the basic diet added with 2×10^6 cfu/g Bacillus subtilis h3-9 strain and 2×10^6 cfu/g Bacillus subtilis BS-6 strain in the basic diet,respectively.The results showed that the addition of Bacillus subtilis to the diet could increase egg weight and significantly reduce the feed-gain ratio(P<0.05).The Bacillus subtilis h3-9 strain was superior to the BS-6 strain.The histone height and Haugh unit were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the eggs were stored at 25℃for14 days,the histone height,Haugh unit and egg shell strength of each group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum protein and calcium and phosphorus concentrations in each group of the test were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results indicated that dietary addition of Bacillus subtilis could effectively alleviate the negative effects of high temperature in summer on production performance and egg quality,and could effectively prolong egg storage time and improve serum biochemical indicators.
