教育考试领域科研竞争力探析 被引量:4

摘要 通过对教育考试领域相关科研规划课题立项情况的实证分析发现,教育考试领域国家级——部级——行业级三级科研课题体系已经形成,高校和教育考试机构为主要研究力量,涉及二级学科领域主要集中在基础教育和高等教育,资助经费总额度达到一定规模。教育考试领域科研具有一定竞争实力,可以从点、面、基础三个方向进一步提升:即重点投入,加大定向委托课题的力度,固化核心科研竞争力;延伸三级科研课题体系,建设完善的四级科研课题体系;建立教育考试领域知识共享平台。从完善学科建设和打造高水平学术载体方面加强基础。 By empirical analysis on research projects approved in relevant scientific research planning in the field of educational examination,it is concluded that the national-ministerial-industry-level three-level scientific research system in the field of educational examination has been formed;universities and educational examination institutions are the main research forces.The levels of subject areas are mainly concentrated in basic education and higher education;funding amount reaches a certain scale.The competitiveness of scientific research in the field of educational examinations has certain strength,and can be further improved from the three directions of point,surface and foundation.That is,focusing on investment,increasing the intensity of targeted commissioned projects,and solidifying the core competitiveness of scientific research.Extend the three-level scientific research project system,build a perfect four-level scientific research project system,establish a knowledge sharing platform in the field of educational examinations.Strengthen the foundation from the aspects of perfecting subject construction and creating high-level academic carriers.
