摘要 黑老虎果实产量低、可食率低,严重制约其大力开发与利用,对湖南省通道县红香村50株黑老虎单株的茎长(X 1)、新梢节间数(X 2)、新梢皮孔数(X 3)、地径(X 4)、叶片纵径(X 5)、叶片横径(X 6)、叶片厚度(X 7)、叶密度(X 8)、果实横径(X 9)、果实纵径(X 10)、果粒质量(X 11)、果皮厚度(X 12)、果皮质量(X 13)、果肉质量(X 14)、种粒横径(X 15)、种粒纵径(X 16)、单果种粒数(X 17)、单果种粒质量(X 18)、单株结果数(X 19)、单果质量(X 20)、单株果实质量(X 21)、单株百粒质量(X 22)、可食率(X 23)、出籽率(X 24)、含油率(X 25)等25个性状指标进行了调查,采用遗传变异法、相关性分析和主成分分析等方法,对影响其主要因素进行了分析。结果表明:50株黑老虎单株各表型性状间均存在差异,变异系数在9.21%~35.49%之间;单株果实质量(X 21)与单果质量(X 20)、果实纵径(X 10)、单株百粒质量(X 22)呈极显著正相关;可食率(X 23)与果皮厚度(X 12)、果皮质量(X 13)呈显著负相关;25项指标中对黑老虎果实产量的贡献率主要提取单果产量、单株产量、果形、树形、种形、叶形、经济品质7项,其累积贡献率达72.961%;依据各主成分贡献率的大小,在育种中可选择单果质量大、单株结果数多、新梢节间数多、果实纵径长、种粒纵径长、叶片横径宽、可食率高的单株作为优质高产单株。 The stem length(X 1),number of internodes(X 2),number of lenticels(X 3),ground diameter(X 4),leaf longitudinal diameter(X 5),transverse diameter(X 6),thickness(X 7),leaf density(X 8),transverse diameter(X 9),longitudinal diameter(X 10),fruit grain weight(X 11),pericarp thickness(X 12),pericarp mass(X 13),pulp mass(X 14),seed diameter(X 15),longitudinal diameter(X 16),seed number per fruit(X 17),seed weight per fruit(X 18),fruit number per plant(X 19),fruit weight per plant(X 20),fruit weight per plant(X 21),100 seed weight per plant(X 22),edible rate(X 23),seed yield(X 24),and oil content were also evaluated of 50 Kadsura coccinea plants in Hongxiang village,Tongdao County,Hunan Province were studied.Genetic variation,correlation analysis,and principal component analysis were used to analyze the main influencing factors.The results showed that there were significant differences among the phenotypic traits of the 50 K.coccinea,and the coefficient of variation was about 9.21%-35.49%.The fruit weight per plant(X 21)was significantly positively correlated with the fruit weight(X 20),fruit longitudinal diameter(X 10),and 100 seed weight per plant(X 22),while the edible rate(X 23)was significantly negatively correlated with the peel thickness(X 12)and peel weight(X 13).The contribution rate of 25 indexes to the fruit yield of K.coccinea was mainly extracted from seven of the parameters,including single fruit yield,single plant yield,fruit shape,tree shape,seed shape,leaf shape,and economic quality,with a cumulative contribution rate of 72.961%.According to the contribution rate of each principal component,we could select for high single fruit quality,more fruit per plant,more new shoot internodes,fruit longitudinal diameter,seed grain longitudinal diameter,and leaf shape.A single plant with a wide transverse diameter and high edible rate is regarded as a high-quality and high-yield single plant.
