摘要
为解决普通不锈钢电磁屏蔽织物缺乏吸波特性的问题,采用铁氧体赋予不锈钢电磁屏蔽织物吸波特性。测试了不同整理条件下制得织物的屏蔽效能和反射率,分析了整理后织物屏蔽性能和吸波性能的变化规律。指出:采用铁氧体交联剂对不锈钢电磁屏蔽织物进行后整理可提升织物的屏蔽效能,并使织物具备一定吸波性能;铁氧体含量、微粒尺寸、分散剂含量及偶联剂含量对织物的屏蔽效能和反射率均有一定的影响;交联剂最佳配伍方案为铁氧体含量2.1 g,分散剂含量3.5 g,偶联剂含量1.4 g,铁氧体尺寸500目。认为:铁氧体可用于开发吸波型电磁屏蔽织物。
In order to solve the problems of common stainless steel electromagnetic shielding fabric lacking with the wave absorption property,ferrite was adopted to provide the wave absorption property of stainless steel elec⁃tromagnetic shielding fabric.The shielding function and reflectivity of fabrics finished with different conditions were tested.The change principle of the shielding property and wave absorption property of fabrics after finishing were ana⁃lyzed.It was pointed out that the shielding property of the fabrics could be improved by the after-finishing of stainless steel electromagnetic shielding fabric using ferrite cross-linking agent.The fabrics could also have a certain wave ab⁃sorption property.The ferrite amount,particle size,dispersing agent amount and coupling agent had a certain influ⁃ence on the shielding property and reflectivity of the fabric.The optimized compatibility scheme of the cross-linking agent was ferrite content 2.1 g,dispersing agent content 3.5 g,coupling agent 1.4 g and ferrite size 500 mesh.It is considered that ferrite can be used to develop wave absorbing electromagnetic shielding fabric.
