摘要
耻骨上辅助经脐双孔腹腔镜技术是一种新兴腹腔镜技术,其保留了传统腹腔镜手术创伤小的优点,又能取得经自然腔道内镜手术及单孔腹腔镜技术同样的美容效果。而且其能克服经自然腔道内镜手术及单孔腹腔镜技术的缺点,缩短手术时间及降低手术风险,应用前景好。本文就此术式在泌尿外科的应用情况综述。
The suprapubic-assisted umbilical laparoendoscopic dual-site surgery(SAU-LEDS)is an emerging laparoscopic technique,which not only retains the advantages of traditional laparoscopic surgery with less trauma,but also can achieve the same cosmetic effect as natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES)and laparoendoscopic single-site(LESS)surgery.Moreover,it can overcome the shortcomings of NOTES and LESS,shorten the operation time and reduce the risk of operation,and has a good application prospect.This article reviews the application of this operation in urology.
