摘要 案例教学法适合医学临床课程的教学,应用比较广泛。案例教学法具有化抽象为具体、理论与实践联系紧密、启发性强等特点,是将知识学习与能力提升并重的教学方法。教师通过设计典型的教学案例并进行精心的教学过程设计,利用案例创造出一个相对真实的临床疾病教学情景,引导学生主动参与教学过程,培养其发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力,达到提升其综合临床能力的目的。文章旨在综述案例教学法在医学临床课程中的应用概况,总结其应用特点、价值及表现形式对其存在的不足进行客观系统分析,同时提出思考与对策。 Case-teaching method is suitable for the teaching of clinical medical courses and widely used. Caseteaching method has the characteristics of transforming abstract into concrete, connecting theory with practice closely and inspiring strongly. It is a teaching method that attaches equal importance to knowledge learning and ability improvement. By designing typical teaching cases and elaborating teaching process design, teachers create a relatively real teaching situation of clinical diseases with cases, guiding students to actively participate in the teaching process, cultivate their ability to find, analyze and solve problems, and achieve the purpose of improving their comprehensive clinical capability. This article aims to summarize the application of case teaching method in clinical medical courses, summarize its application characteristics, value and manifestation, make an objective and systematic analysis of its shortcomings, and put forward reflection and countermeasures.
