摘要
目的探究分析以修复为导向,采用多学科联合治疗方式治疗前牙龈下残根的效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月期间在医院进行前牙龈下残根治疗的48例患者,使用随机抽取的方法分为观察组、对照组,每组24例分别采用不同治疗方式。对照组进行常规治疗方案,观察组采用多学科联合治疗的方法。治疗后观察两组患者治疗效果,对比牙龈情况和断牙松动度。结果对比修复有效率,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组。对比牙龈情况,观察组改善效果较好于对照组。对比断牙松动程度,观察组明显比对照组稳固。3项数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科联合治疗前牙龈下残根疗效显著,能够增加残根的保留度。患者进行联合手术修复后,患者牙周更美观,整体功能性更好。对患者牙龈情况和断牙松动改善情况较好,患者对治疗的效果更为满意。
Objective To explore the effect of repair-oriented and multi-disciplinary combined treatment for the treatment of residual roots under the anterior gingiva.Methods 48 cases of patients who underwent anterior subgingival root resection in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Each group received 24 different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with multidisciplinary treatment.After treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed,and the gingival condition and the looseness of the broken teeth were compared.Results The effectiveness of contrast repair was better than that of the control group.Compared with the gingival condition,the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.In contrast to the degree of loosening of the broken teeth,the observation group was significantly more stable than the control group.All three data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary treatment of residual roots under the anterior gingiva is effective and can increase the retention of residual roots.After the patient undergoes combined surgical repair,the patient’s periodontality is more beautiful and the overall functionality is better.The improvement of the patient's gingival condition and broken teeth is better,and the patient is more satisfied with the treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical use.
