摘要
教材建设是课程建设与教学内容改革的载体。该文以食品营养与检测专业课程"功能性食品"为例,基于职业核心能力和实际工作过程,结合基于项目驱动的团队协作式教学模式,开发纸质与数字资源一体化的工作手册式教材,助推课程教学模式新一轮改革。
Teaching material construction is the carrier of curriculum construction and teaching content reform.This paper takes the food nutrition and testing professional course Functional Food as an example,based on core competencies and actual work processes,combined with the project-based collaborative teaching model,to develop workbook teaching materials integrating paper and digital resources,and promote a new round of reform of the teaching model.
