摘要
目的分析慢性鼻窦炎伴息肉嗜酸性粒细胞浸润程度对术后转归的影响。方法选取我院2013年1月-2018年1月收治的慢性鼻窦炎伴息肉患者80例将其纳入观察组。另于同期选取80例慢性鼻窦炎伴息肉非嗜酸性粒细胞浸润患者,将其纳入对照组。比较三组CT评分、血清IgE水平、机体变态反应及临床疗效。结果术前观察组CT评分高于对照组(P<0.05),术后降低差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患CT评分高于对照组,差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)术前两组患者机体变态反应差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组机体变态反应差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前观察组IgE水平低于对照组。术后观察组IgE水平高于对照组水平差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组临床疗效差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论嗜酸性粒细胞浸润程度影响慢性鼻窦炎伴息肉患者鼻窦健康、机体变态反应及预后,嗜酸性粒细胞浸润程度越严重其慢性鼻窦炎伴息肉术后疗效越差,影响预后。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the eosinphil infiltration degree and postoperative outcome of chronic sinusitis with polyps.Methods 80 patients with chronic sinusitis and polyps(observation group)and 80 patients with chronic sinusitis accompanied by polyp infiltration without eosinophilic granulocytes(control group)admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2018 were enrolled.The CT score,serum IgE level,allergic reaction and clinical efficacy were compared between groups.Results The CT score was higher in observation group than in control group before operation(P<0.05),which was decreased in both groups after operation(P<0.05),and were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P>0.05).The allergic reaction showed significant difference between groups before operation(P<0.05),while had no statistic difference between groups after operation(P>0.05).Serum IgE level was lower in observation group than in control group before operation(P<0.05),while had no statistic difference between groups after operation(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy showed significant difference among groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The eosinphil infiltration degree is closely related to the health status,allergic reaction and prognosis of chronic sinusitis with polyps,and patients with severe infiltration degree suffer worse prognosis.
