柄式超声刀在甲状腺开放切除术中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析柄式超声刀在甲状腺开放切除术中的应用效果。方法随机选取图木舒克市人民医院2015年1月—2017年12月行甲状腺开放切除术患者60例,根据手术方法不同分成单极电刀组和柄式超声刀组各30例,单极电刀组在术中应用单极电刀,柄式超声刀组在术中应用柄式超声刀,对两组手术效果进行比较分析。结果两组患者均手术成功。柄式超声刀组术中失血量、手术时间、切口长度、术后住院时间均优于单极电刀组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组24 h引流量和术后并发症情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺开放切除术应用柄式超声刀较单极电刀更具有优势,能够进一步减轻患者的手术创伤,促进术后恢复。 Objective To analyze the application value of handled ultrasound scalpel in open thyroidectomy.Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,60 patients undergoing open thyroidectomy admitted to Tumushuk People’s Hospital were randomly selected and divided into unipolar electrotome group and handle type ultrasound knife group according to different surgical methods.All patients underwent thyroidectomy.The effects of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results The operation was successful in both groups.The blood loss,operation time,incision length and hospitalization time of patients with open thyroidectomy in the handletype ultrasound knife group were significantly better than those in the unipolar electrotome group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in 24hours drainage volume and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with unipolar electrotome,the application of handled ultrasound scalpel in open thyroidectomy has more advantages,which can further reduce surgical trauma and promote postoperative recovery.
