不同有机肥处理对紫色土油茶林土壤微生物群落结构的影响 被引量:26

Effects of different organic fertilizer treatments on the soil microbial community structure of a Camellia oleifera plantation in a purple soil area

摘要 为了解不同有机肥处理对紫色土的改良效应,以福建宁化县紫色土水土侵蚀区26年生油茶人工林土壤为对象,采用高通量测序技术对天然物料有机肥、有机无机复合肥、禽畜粪便有机肥共3种有机肥以及不施肥处理下的土壤微生物多样性和群落结构组成进行了研究,并进一步分析土壤理化性质与微生物群落多样性和微生物群落结构的相关性.结果表明:3种有机肥处理下的土壤细菌和真菌群落多样性总体高于不施肥处理;在3种有机肥处理中有机无机复合肥处理下的土壤多样性指数较高;在细菌门水平分类上,3种有机肥处理下,尤以有机无机复合肥处理下的土壤中变形菌门、浮霉菌门、放线菌门和硬壁菌门具有较高相对丰度,而不施肥处理下的土壤中酸杆菌门和绿弯菌门的相对丰度相对较高;在真菌门水平分类上,相较于不施肥处理,3种有机肥处理下的土壤中子囊菌门的相对丰度较高,担子菌门的相对丰度相对较低;变形菌门和酸杆菌门为土壤优势细菌类群,子囊菌门和担子菌门为土壤优势真菌类群;CCA分析所提取的两个主成分分别解释了土壤微生物群落结构门水平60.08%和19.74%的变异,其中土壤容重、自然含水率和全钾含量是影响土壤微生物群落结构变化的重要因子,细菌和真菌多样性指数与土壤自然含水率、容重、pH和全氮含量等土壤环境因子具有显著相关关系.本研究在微生物水平上阐明了不同有机肥处理下的紫色土区土壤生态质量差异,3种有机肥处理尤以有机无机复合肥对紫色土油茶林土壤具有较佳的改良效果.(图8表3参38) To study the effects of different organic fertilization treatments on the improvements to purple soil,the soil from a Camellia oleifera plantation in a 26-year-old purple soil erosion area in Ninghua County,Fujian Province,was investigated.This study used high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the effects of three organic fertilizer treatments(natural material fertilizer,organic and inorganic compound fertilizer,and manure organic fertilizer,plus a no fertilization control)on the soil bacterial diversity,bacterial community structure,and the relationships between the soil physical and chemical properties and the bacterial community structure.The bacterial and fungal community diversities in the soil treated with organic fertilizers were higher than the no fertilization control.Among the three types of organic fertilizers,the diversity index of the soil treated with organic and inorganic compound fertilizers was higher.The soils treated with organic fertilizers,especially the organic and inorganic compound fertilizer treatments,showed a relatively high abundance of Proteobacteria,Planctomycetes,Actinomycetes,and Firmicutes,while the non-fertilized soil showed a relatively high abundance of Acidobacteria and Chloroflexi.At the fungi phylum level,the relative abundance of Ascomycetes was relatively high in the organic fertilizer treatment groups,compared to the no fertilization group,while the abundance of Basidiomycetes was relatively low.Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria were the dominant bacteria groups,and Ascomycete and Basidiomycete were the dominant fungi groups.The two principal components extracted by canonical-correlation analysis(CCA)explained 60.08%of the variation in the soil microbial community structure and 19.74%at the phylum level.The analysis showed that the soil bulk density,natural moisture content,and total potassium content are important factors affecting the soil microbial community structure,and the diversity index of bacteria and fungi were significantly correlated with the soil environmental factors(e.g.,natural moisture content,bulk density,pH,and total nitrogen content).These results highlight the differences in soil ecological quality in purple soil with different organic fertilizer treatments.Three kinds of organic fertilizers,especially organic and inorganic compound fertilizers,improved the soil from a C.oleifera plantation in a purple soil area.
