摘要
为综合利用Al2O3、SiO2品位分别为41.69%和35.42%的山西某铝土矿浮选尾矿,在选尾矿性质研究的基础上进行高梯度磁选除铁试验研究。研究结果表明,选尾矿经过“一粗一扫”的高梯度磁选除铁工艺处理后,可以得到产率为76.02%,Fe2O3含量为0.72%的精矿,取得了较好的分选指标。精矿可以作为合成陶瓷、耐火材料等产品的原料,实现了该选尾矿的综合利用,为该类型资源的利用提供了一种技术参考。
In order to comprehensively utilize the flotation tailings of Shanxi bauxite with grade of 41.69% and 35.42% of Al2O3 and SiO2,the experimental study on iron removal by high gradient magnetic separation was carried out on the basis of the study of tailings properties.The results show that the concentrate with a yield of 76.02%and Fe2O3 content of 0.72%can be obtained after the tailings are treated by the high gradient magnetic separation process of“one roughing and one scavenging”,and the separation indexes are good.The concentrate can be used as raw material for synthesizing ceramics,refractories and other products,realizing the comprehensive utilization of the separation tailings,and providing a technical reference for the utilization of this type of resources.
