摘要
本文通过对新冠疫情下应急医疗设施建设和"平战结合"医院设计现状的分析,提出防灾避难场所设计需要建立长效防灾规划、加强场所的防疫功能、健全相关规范标准、树立"平战结合"的弹性设计思想,以及加快装配式建造技术储备等应对策略,以完善防灾避难场所体系,促进人类社会可持续发展。
This paper analyzes issues such as the construction of emergency medical facilities under the covid-19 epidemic situation and the design of a peacetime–wartime hospital, and proposes that the emergency shelter design needs to establish a long-term disaster prevention plan, strengthen the site’s epidemic prevention function, improve relevant standards, establish a flexible design idea for peacetime and wartime, and accelerate the countermeasures of prefabricated construction technology to complete the disaster prevention and emergency shelter system and promote the sustainable development of human society.
