摘要
食品外包装对食品有一定的保护作用,但现阶段我国市场中流通的包材出现安全问题的概率仍然比较高,而且包装中最严重的的问题就是重金属污染问题。因此,本文根据资料和文献记载,探讨食品中重金属的危害、来源以及检测手段,以期为相关人员提供一定的研究参考,提高我国包装材料的质量安全。
Food packaging has certain protective effect on food transportation and storage,But at the present stage,the probability of safety problems of packaging materials circulating in China’s market is still relatively high,and the most serious problem of packaging is the heavy metal pollution.Therefore,according to the data and literature,we discusses the harm of heavy metals in food source,detection means,expecting to provide a certain amount of researchrelated personnel,and promote the quality safety of packaging materials in China.
