80例矽肺患者部分肿瘤标志物水平相关性分析 被引量：1

Correlation analysis on some serum tumor markers in 80 silicosis patients

摘要 采用化学免疫发光分析仪检测研究对象肺组织及血清中癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖链抗原125(CA125)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCAg)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角质蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)的表达,探讨矽肺与上述肿瘤标志物的关系。以两家医院2013年8月—2018年8月收治的80例合并肺内感染的矽肺患者作为矽肺组,其中,壹期29例、贰期27例、叁期24例;另选取30例健康体检者作为对照组。结果显示,叁期矽肺患者CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125、CA19-9等检测指标显著升高(P<0.05),经Pearson检验显示,上述指标与矽肺疾病严重程度呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。
