摘要
目的:研究围手术期特殊护理对胸腰段爆裂性骨折合并神经损伤患者术后疗效和生活质量的影响。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治胸腰段爆裂性骨折合并神经损伤手术患者60例,随机分两组,各30例。对照组在围手术期应用常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上应用围手术期特殊护理。比较两组术后疗效及生活质量评分。结果:试验组术后神经功能分级、腰背功能优良率、疼痛分级及生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腰段爆裂性骨折合并神经损伤患者给予围手术期特殊护理,效果显著,可促进患者神经功能的恢复,减轻疼痛,改善腰背功能,提升患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative special nursing on the postoperative effect and quality of life of patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture with nerve injury.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture with nerve injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients in each.The control group was given routine nursing in the perioperative period.The experimental group was given special perioperative care on the basis of routine care.We compared the postoperative efficacy and quality of life scores between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,after operation,the neurological function grade,the excellent rate of lumbar and back function,the pain grade and the quality of life score were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of perioperative special nursing for patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture with nerve injury is significant,it can promote the recovery of nerve function,relieve pain,improve back function and improve the quality of life of patients.
