摘要
风光资源发电,乃至整个电力系统均伴随着随机性和波动性。随着新能源预测精度的不断提高,在电网运行过程中,相邻两个时点的在线实时优化可以根据新能源的变化趋势给出相对合理的实时指令。根据发电厂的有功调节速率给出发电厂相邻两个时点的可调空间,通过可调空间的离散化得到不同发电厂两个时点有功组合,并从同时满足两个时点上实时发电控制优化决策所有约束条件的发电厂有功组合集中,选出两个时点上独自优化决策目标函数值加权最优的发电厂有功组合,作为实时发电控制两个时点协调优化决策结果,利用权重与约束关联调整的优化决策算法进行求解,解决了因电网运行随机因素急剧增加带来的预测校正和滚动优化难题,提高实时发电控制的决策精度。
With the increasing renewable energy generation,the entire power system is accompanied with uncertainty and variability.With the continuous improvement of the prediction accuracy of renewable power,the optimization between the two adjacent time points can give relatively reasonable real-time instructions according to the trend of renewable energy in power grid operation.This paper proposes a novel look-ahead dispatch method according to power plant ramping of the adjacent two points via the adjustable spatial discretization.The combination with two individual time points is selected which meets all the real-time power optimization constraints and is taken as a real-time power control adjacent two-point coordinate optimization decision result.With weight-constraint correlation adjustment method,the proposed approach solves the power grid operation problems,such as prediction correction and rolling optimization,under the sharply increases of the random factors,and improves the accuracy of real-time power control decision-making.
