摘要
随着社会的发展和科技的进步,我国已经进入了信息化时代,在人们的工作、生活、学习中,计算机技术是不可或缺的工具。现如今,办公自动化是先进的办公方式,其加入计算机技术实现的自动化通信的效果,同时提升了办公效率和办公质量,增强了学校的综合实力。计算机技术作为办公自动化的基础和核心,使办公系统的发展方向朝着智能化、自动化、处理图形化的方向前行。
With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,China has entered the information age.In people’s work,life and study,computer technology is an indispensable tool.Nowadays,office automation is an advanced way of office,which adds computer technology to achieve the effect of automatic communication,while improving office efficiency and office quality,and enhancing the comprehensive strength of the school.As the foundation and core of office automation,computer technology makes the development direction of office system move towards the direction of intelligence,automation and graphic processing.
