摘要
技术是经济增长的内源要素。通过在中国淘宝村的田野调查发现,技术融合是一种创新类型,它使得要素聚集。作为破坏性创新出现的电子商务为农村产业重组架设了桥梁,引致了农民返乡创业。对淘宝村及其商务模式的创设来说,传统低技术和新兴高技术是一组有机的"共变量",缺一不可。不同于高技术间的融合,电商作为一种通用技术,乃是高低技术融合的产物,它同样具备强大的市场整合能力,重构了低技术实体产业,普惠式地勃兴了农村专业市场,为内源式增长开辟了一条实践可行的道路。这对于经济发展理念以及科技政策制定颇具启发。
Technology is an endogenous element of economic growth.Through the field research of Taobao Villages in China,technology convergence is an innovation,and its occurrence directly leads to the aggregation of elements.As a destructive innovation,e-commerce has built a bridge for rural industrial restructuring and led to farmers returning home to start their own businesses.For the establishment of Taobao Village and its business model,traditional low technology and new high technology are a group of organic "co variables",which are indispensable.Different from the integration of high technology,e-commerce,as a general technology,is the product of the integration of high and low technologies.It also has a strong market integration ability,restructures the lowtech real industry,prospers the rural professional market,and opens up a practical and feasible path for endogenous growth.This is very enlightening for the economic development concept and the formulation of science and technology policy.
