摘要
该文介绍了抗氧化机制及研究天然药物抗氧化活性的必要性,阐述了体外抗氧化活性及体内抗氧化活性的研究方法,旨在为天然药物抗氧化研究及开发利用提供参考。
This paper introduced the antioxidant mechanism and the necessity of studying the antioxidant activity of natural medicine,and detailed the research methods of antioxidant activity in vitro and in vivo,in order to provide reference for the research,development and utilization of natural medicine。
