摘要
预拌砂浆是国家大力提倡和鼓励使用的绿色建筑材料,为充分发挥预拌砂浆在环境和经济上的综合效益,做好质量管控是基础。该文从原材料控制、配合比优化、生产质量控制和施工现场控制五个方面对预拌砂浆质量控制技术进行了探讨,提出构建原材料检验、检测原则,厘清配合比优化途径,建立生产质量管理体系和施工现场工作制度是关键所在。
Premixed mortar is a green building material strongly advocated and encouraged in China.In order to give full play to the comprehensive benefits of this material in environment and economy,quality control is the foundation.This paper discusses the quality control technology of premixed mortar from five aspects,including raw materials control,mix proportion optimization,production quality control and construction site control.It is proposed that the key points are to build the inspection and detection principle of raw materials,clarify the approach of mix proportion optimization,and establish the production quality management system and construction site working system.
