摘要
目的探讨个性化护理对单光子发射计算机断层显像(SPECT/CT)检查质量及患者满意度的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年10月宿迁市第一人民医院收治的120例接受SPECT/CT检查患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予个性化护理和床用多功能枕头。护理后,对比两组患者的显像检查质量和对检查的满意度。结果观察组患者SPECT/CT显像检查合格率高于对照组[98.33%(59/60)vs.86.67%(52/60)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对检查的满意度高于对照组[100.00%(60/60)vs.83.33%(50/60)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受SPECT/CT显像检查的患者实施个性化护理干预,结合使用该院研发的影像检查床用多功能枕头,可有效提升显像质量,提高患者对检查的满意度,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing on checking quality of single-photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography(SPECT/CT)and the satisfaction degree of patients.Methods One hundred and twenty patients receiving SPECT/CT examination who admitted in the hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention.And the patients in observation group were treated with individualized nursing intervention and multifunctional bed pillow on the basis of the intervention in control group.The checking quality and satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared.Results The qualification rate of SPECT/CT imaging in observation group was higher than that in control group(98.33%vs.86.67%,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(100.00%vs.83.33%,P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized nursing intervention for the patients receiving SPECT/CT imaging improves the quality of imaging and satisfaction of parents,and the combination of multifunctional bed pillow for the imaging examination developed by the hospital is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
