摘要
目的查找综合医院在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中存在的隐患,并制定对策。方法利用风险评估手段,从控制传染源、切断传播途径、保护易感人群三个方面对医院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情进行风险识别、风险评估、风险控制。结果通过风险识别,找出新冠患者的识别、隔离(布局、人员管理等)、医疗废物的处理、医用织物的洗消、物表的消毒、空气的消毒、手卫生、正确防护八个风险项目。对风险项目进行风险评估,根据危险性评价和准备时间评分的乘积计算总分,根据评分进行风险优先等级排序。根据风险项目的顺序,对所有项目依次制定对策,进行风险控制。结论在应对新发、突发传染病时进行风险评估,从隐患发生的可能性、结果严重性、风险控制的时间性三个方面综合考虑,可以为统筹安排、决策部署提供依据,从而为防控疫情赢得时间。
Objective To find out the main hidden danger of general hospitals in dealing with the outbreak of COVID-19,and then to make countermeasures. Methods Risk assessment was carried out to identify the risk of the hospitals in dealing with the novel coronavirus pneumonia from controlling the source of infection,cutting off the transmission route and protecting the vulnerable population,and then assess and control the risk. Results Through risk identification,eight risk items were found: identification of patients with COVID-19,isolation of patients( layout,personnel management,etc.),treatment of medical waste,washing and disinfection of medical fabric,disinfection of material surface,disinfection of air,hand hygiene and correct protection. Risk assessment was conducted for risk items,the total score was calculated based on the product of risk assessment and preparation time score,and the risk priority was ranked according to the score of risk items. The countermeasures were formulated for all items in turn according the order,and to carry out risk control. Conclusion When dealing with new and emergent infectious diseases,risk assessment can provide basis for doing overall arrangement,making decision that was assessed from the possibility of hidden dangers,the severity of results and the timeliness of risk control,so as to gain more time for epidemic prevention and control.
