摘要
调查用户对基于移动客户端的个性化健康信息服务应用情况,分析不同用户群体需求、健康信息类APP使用频率、个性化服务满意度、对健康信息平台信任度,从用户构成、用户界面、个性化服务内容、个性化推送方式、用户信任度5方面提出健康信息类APP个性化服务改善策略。
The paper investigates users'application of personalized health information services based on mobile clients,analyzes the needs of different user groups,the frequency of using health information APPs,satisfaction with personalized services,and trust in the health information platform,proposes personalized service improvement strategies for health information APPs from five aspects of user composition,user interface,personalized service content,personalized push mode,and user trust.
