摘要
介绍福州健康医疗大数据中心建设背景、历程,从平台架构、基础设施、数据采集、系统安全等方面总结中心建设成果,分析存在的问题,包括数据来源有限和存在数据壁垒、缺乏统一技术标准和基础数据治理成效慢等,提出应对措施和建议。
The paper introduces the building background and process of Fuzhou Health and Medical Big Data Center,summarizes the building achievements of the center from the aspects of platform architecture,infrastructure,data acquisition,system security,etc.,analyzes the problems,including limited data sources and data barriers,lack of unified technical standards and slow effect of basic data governance,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
